WHERE SCIENCE MEETS FITNESS

What is Power Method?

Power Method is a noninvasive, safe method to build stronger bones without the use of prescription drugs. We use Power Plate™ and bioDensity™ to work with your body's natural responses to improve bone density.

Power Plate™

Power Plate’s PrecisionWave™ Technology is designed to activate the body’s natural reflexive response to vibration. The surface vibrates in all directions, up to 50 times per second which results in the engagement of soft tissue. This increases muscle fiber development and blood circulation, while ridding the body of toxins which can be detrimental to bone function.  A few moments on a Power Plate equals whole body strength, balance, and stability with no strain.

bioDensity™

bioDensity provides a safe and effective way to place a high load level on bones with low-risk movements. This allows the body to naturally and safely increase bone density.  Impact on our bones triggers cells to absorb minerals, which help bones adapt and become stronger. We need to lift many multiples of our own body weight to elicit this growth response from bones. Although traditional resistance training and low impact exercises are beneficial to our health, they do not trigger this response as efficiently as bioDensity.
